There is no difference between using the app and website. Interface on the app is not user friendly. You cannot even use this app to access your ticket. It is not even integrated with wallet!!
Strange enough for such an application, not possible to book a flight.
this app is very unreliable ! better go to the mobile website !!!
You can not copy paste in the app. The feedback form doesnt work and some times the mobile website is loaded in the app. It is really unusable.
New features looked to be a big improvement over the virtually useless old app. Sadly no. Half the time the booking feature does nothing. I suppose one should make allowances as KQ itself is so mediocre.
